To my sweet big sis,

Rhonda I have so many fond and fun memories of you that I could share but the one that keeps coming to my mind is when I was getting married to Carlos and you were my Maid of Honor, we were in the dressing room getting ready and just before you were to walk down the aisle you ended up sitting on Savannahs baby bottle and milk leaked all over the back of your dress. I remember how stressed you were and I was so calm and said its ok..You said you werent going out there like that with the big wet stain on the back of your dress, so I remember you trying to dry it so that it wouldnt show...It was so funny because I kept telling you it was ok and you were so worried about it showing that you were doing everything you could to fix it.  Eventhough it was a stressful moment for you and you were worried about it showing you still put that aside and walked down the aisle as my beautiful sister and Maid of Honor, for me. The love you had for me especially that day showed in many ways..I miss that so much. Your big beautiful smile and your goofy sense of humor and always calling me a nut..No one will ever replace you. You are always going to be my big sis. I love you sister..

I will never forget the summer when I worked so hard at getting my yard looking nice.  You had come by to visit and were preparing to leave, sitting in your car eating a banana.  I told you NOT to drop that banana peel in my yard!  As always, you chose to do things your way, and plop went the peel as you pulled out of the drive. You laughed as you drove away, apparently at the thought of getting away with something.  I later put the peel in a priority box and mailed it to you.  You were laughing so hard that you could hardly speak when you called me.  It was crazy things like this that made our family fun, and which will keep your memory alive forever.  We all love you, Rhonda, soooo much, and miss you more than words can tell.
Your younger sister (April)

Dearest Rhonda,

One thought that keeps coming to mind is.....when we talked mom into letting me go out to the dance club, and I let you do my make-up....I remember looking in the mirror when you were done, and you made me up like a "CLOWN"; the BIG red mouth & all...and you just thought that it was the funniest thing!!! And although, I didnt see it being funny, and my reaction kept me from being able to go, it still was GOOD times!!!  You will NEVER know how much you meant to me, and how much of an influence you have had in my life....you left this world before your time, and that is a TRAGEDY...BUT KNOWING THAT YOUR IN HEAVEN KEEPING YOUR FAMILY SAFE (AND SHOWING MICHAEL JACKSON A FEW GOOD DANCE MOVES), HELPS ME TO LIVE ANOTHER DAY; WITH-OUT YOU!!! I LOVE YOU MY SISTER, MY FRIEND!!

R.I.P....YOU ARE ALWAYS ON MY MIND, AND FOREVER IN MY HEART!!!

Rhonda made going into work bearable and fun. We used to go get humongus gigantic breakfast burritos from the Sports Club next door. We found it funny that they would only charge us $5 no matter what food items we asked the cook to put in our burritos. Car-pooling was always an adventure as you speed down the freeway during rush hours, how you did that I'll never know. Thanks to you I have made many people happy with that recipe you brought into work for our Cinco de Mayo potluck. Can't go wrong with Doritos and 4 cups of cheese  !

Rhonda,

You were like a sister to me. After alll the years we were apart  from 7th grade. When we reunited, its like we didnt skip a beat. You turned out to be a beautiful woman that I was proud to be friends with. You have a heart of gold and could be trusted with the world. The time we spent together I have never laughed so hard. I love You Rhonda You will be truly missed.. We will catch up when I get there.. Love you Barbie
